Terms and Conditions

Brokerage Charges :

1) Buying : – 2% on the Rate Finalized

2) Selling :- 2% on the Rate Finalized

3) Rent / Lease : – One Month Rent

Declaration:
I/We hereby agree to pay BROKERAGE CHARGES as above to MS. FRIENDS PROPERTIES, in case the above mentioned property or any other property is finalized with any client introduced by MS. FRIENDS PROPERTIES, by means of any Leave & License Agreement / Lease Deed / Sale Deed / Agreement for Sale or in any other manner, we undertake to pay the same at the time of full & final payment. I/we undertake not to deal with such client directly / indirectly and in any deal so concluded I/we shall be bound to pay the BROKERAGE as agreed.
